HTH undertakes value-add and opportunistic developments in emerging and growing neighborhoods.  Projects range from rental and condo conversion to asset repositioning and ground-up construction.

HTH Construction is a registered General Contractor with New York City Department of Buildings (DOB).  As a GC/CM, we execute new construction, residential conversion and interior renovation.  HTH Construction is staffed with DOB licensed Construction Superintendent and Site Safety Professional. 

HTH Management is a licensed real estate brokerage dedicated to property management services in the State of New York.  We are a full-service operator for multifamily properties.  Our management portfolio includes rental, condominium and mixed-use buildings in Manhattan.
